Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200C. Roast the tomatoes as per this recipe.
While the tomatoes are roasting, fry your socca.Arrange the socca on a large serving platter, put the sabzi khordan on top, top with the roast tomatoes and sardines, drizzle with olive oil and blobs of yoghurt and serve.
